With love, Jess
You've waited months for this moment. Together, let's make it last forever. My newborn photo shoots savour the tiny details of your new baby and capture everyday moments with your little one so often forgotten in the haze of the early days.
I'll document your greatest love story; natural portraits of your baby and the treasured bonds that tie your new family. I'll provide space for you to be yourselves and help you create genuine happy memories - all the while capturing them honestly and beautifully.
I cannot wait to meet you.
.
Your baby's first photos should feel as special as the memories they capture - and there's no more fitting place than in your own home, where you feel most at ease and your love is most tangible.
No need to tidy up - I know how to work with any home, whether spacious, cosy, modern or lived-in. What matters most is the love inside it - I'll make it look beautiful.
Before your session you'll receive a helpful guide to ensure you feel confident and relaxed about having your newborn photo shoot at home. We'll also meet by phone to get to discuss the shoot, get to know each other and put your mind at ease over any questions you have.
Before they have words, before they understand the world, they know you. The scent of you, the rhythm of your voice, the way your arms feel like forever. One day, you’ll want to remember how it felt to be their whole world.
Inspired by your baby, I'll work their needs - whether it's feeding, soothing, or simply being held close. These intimate "in-between" moments, full of love and tenderness, are where the most meaningful memories are captured.

I use soft flattering light to document the story of your baby's earliest days without you having to pose. I'll create space for real, authentic moments to happen. I'll guide you to feel comfortable and at ease, allowing for subtle, beautiful moments - like a tender touch or the newborn "scrunch" tunfold naturally. These are the moments that truly matter - often ones that go unnoticed but are captured in the most meaningful way.

"You made us feel so relaxed and comfortable - it was like you weren't even there but at the same time like we'd known you for years which just made us feel ourselves and really enjoy the precious moments with the boys."
By following your baby's needs; pausing for feeds, cuddles and comfort we create a loving, environment for a calm baby
It's the love, the connection, and the messy yet beautiful unscripted moments
One day you and your little one will look back with nothing but love for this fleeting moment in your lives
Trust me to create artful images in the space where your baby's first memories are made
The quiet cuddles and sleepy stretches will only grow more meaningful with time
During our time together I'll capture photographs of the whole family and the emerging bond between your new baby and their older sibling(s). Sessions with young children are playful ensuring your eldest feels loved and involved.
These family sessions capture it all - the tender moments, the wild energy, the unfiltered love. No need for perfection; chaos is welcome. Whether they're proudly holding their sibling (for five seconds) or climbing onto your lap mid-feed, every moment is part of your family's story. I'll guide you so you can soak it all in wile I capture the beauty in the real, messsy, love-filled moments.
As a mother myself, I strongly believe that the 'best time' is when it feels right, that is why all my bookings have flexible dates.
If you long to capture your baby while they still have that fresh newborn "look", you might want to schedule the session for 5 to 14 days after your baby's due date. At this age you can expect your baby to sleep (and feed) for a good part of the session. This is just one of the reasons why I love to document these hazy, early days of parenthood so much.
If you'd rather give yourself a little more time to settle into new life as a family, then there is no need to rush things. As the days and weeks unfold your baby will become more alert and awake for longer periods; allowing me to capture more connection and maybe even a few smiles.
Whatever you baby's age, my promise is to create a wealth of beautiful and meaningful memories.
Every family is unique, and so is the artwork we create together. Your investment is tailored to reflect your needs, style, and budget, ensuring a truly personal experience.
I charge a booking fee of £250 which covers planning to make your session a truly personalised experience, my travel to your home and a 2-hour midweek photo shoot to create your family's unique visual story.
This fee does not include any digital files or prints.
2 to 3 weeks after your shoot you'll receive a viewing gallery. After seeing your images you can choose the collection that best suits you.
Digital collections range from £490 to £790 with most families choosing to invest between £1,000 & £2,000 on a selection of digital and printed artwork.
Fill your home with artwork that celebrates the life you've created & shows your little one how much you love them

In order to provide the highest level of service, I take on a limited amount of sessions each month. For newborn shoots, I recommend booking your session after your 20-week scan. This may sound early but it will guarantee my availability when your baby does arrive.
When you book, we’ll pencil in a date (usually 5 - 14 days after your due date) which can be moved if your baby is born earlier or later than expected.
If you need more time to recover or settle into life as a new family, you can move the shoot to a time that feels right. I have no age-limit for my style of newborn photography and dates are fully flexible.
If you've recently had a baby or have only just thought about having photographs taken please feel free to get in touch. I may have a last minute space with your baby's name on it.
Simply put, no - you haven't left it too late to have beautiful photographs of your new baby captured. Your baby is growing and changing all the time and as the weeks and months go by you will see more of your little one's personality begin to bloom. Typical newborn photo shoots that take place in the first few days and weeks will capture your baby asleep for much of the time. Leaving it later to have your photo shoot will mean your baby will be awake for longer periods. They'll have also developed a bit more interest in the world around them and connect with you and their siblings.

After booking, I’ll send you a detailed guide with outfit suggestions for both you and your baby, so there’s no need to stress about what to wear. On the day, we can also go through your wardrobe together to find what feels best. Most importantly, I want you to feel like you - comfortable, relaxed, and at home with your baby. There’s no need to dress up; soft, neutral tones and simple, cozy layers always work beautifully but the most important thing is that you stick to your own personal style.
For your baby, simplicity is best. A soft vest, a classic baby grow, or even just their nappy keeps the focus on all their tiny, perfect details. We’ll keep things natural and timeless, ensuring the images feel just as special years from now as they do today.
Most of my newborn photo shoots last about 2 hours, and this includes any time needed to feed and change your baby. However, you won't find me watching the clock and I will only finish when I have fully captured everything we set out to.
Sometimes, if your baby is getting tired, we will pause the session for a while to allow them to fall asleep peacefully.
If you also have an older child, the shoot might take a bit longer to allow for additional family photographs.
Absolutely! Grandparents are more than welcome to be part of your newborn session. These early days are just as special for them, and capturing their love and connection with your baby makes for truly meaningful images. Whether they join for a few cuddles or stay for a little longer, we’ll make sure to document these precious moments naturally and beautifully.
Yes, I do! Fresh 48 sessions can take place in the hospital or at home within the first two days after birth, capturing those raw, intimate first moments with your newborn. It’s a beautiful way to document the tiny details, first cuddles, and the overwhelming love of these early hours.

Pregnancy is such a special season in a couple's life and I love spending time with pregnant women (and their partners) to help them document this time. As with all my work, the process is very organic and natural in order to create meaningful yet beautiful images. I recommend booking a maternity shoot after your 20-week scan for when you are 30-36 weeks pregnant.
It's been such a joyful and positive experience and we are so happy with the end results - amazing pictures that truly capture this special time in our life.
We will treasure them forever!
