Early March often brings the promise of spring but on the day of this maternity photo shoot in Bushy Park, south-west London, nature had a surprise in store. We woke up to a fine layer of snow dusting the landscape; a rare and magical sight for the season.

As a photographer, I couldn’t have been more thrilled. The combination of delicate blossoms and a crisp, white blanket created a unique and enchanting setting. Thankfully, the couple embraced the unexpected weather with open arms, turning the chill into an opportunity to create even more memorable images.
