The very first days of parenthood often go by in a haze, and so much can be forgotten in the blur of relentless night feeds and nappy changes. To be asked into the home of a new family at this most important of times, is always the biggest honour to me as a photographer.
This little girl was one of the sweetest newborns I’ve ever had the pleasure to photograph. As with all my newborn photography sessions, the shoot took place at the family’s home, in Chiswick, west London. By shooting in the home, rather than a studio, I am able to capture real and pure moments as they happen as well as the little details of everyday life. Here are just a few of the precious memories captured at this newborn photo shoot.
